These are just like the fitbit brand ones, as far as I can tell. It’s a thick band, but so is the original. The purple one arrived damaged, but a replacement was quickly sent, which I appreciated because I could use the white one in the mean time. I’m right on the border of the size b/n small and large bands, so I went with a large, as usual. There’s extra band that makes it a bit tight if you do that, but I cut off the excess and it’s fine. I’m looking for a thinner band option for long-term, but after comparing tons of listings, I’m glad I got this one for a standard replacement band.

I love the size of the watch and all the functions it has. I spend some time at work checking all my vital statistics and see how I can improve my health. Between my phone and my watch it gives me so much data on my health that it takes me some time to sort through it all. I could almost give my phone to my doctor to let her know what condition I am in. It a lot of data, but it’s fun. Thanks!

Search for any how-to video (google, youtube) if it’s not intuitive how to pull the tiny spring-loaded catch with your fingernail to get the old one to come out and snap the new one in.
The band fits perfectly and it looks just fine (hard to go wrong with plain black rubber).

The watch band can pop out accidently. Just reinsert the band into the watch until it clicks in place.

Noticeably less flexible than the original. There original had a distinctively silicone feel, but this feels more rigid. To the touch it takes twice the effort to bend. Also the edge has a somewhat sharper feel to it. Overall cheaper material and molding.
