Easy to use, very bright and light. Met my expectations. However, I have not tried them under raining and wet condition.

I use mine for working on things that are not well lit. It has a spotlight setting, and more dispersed or flood type light as well. The headlamp is rechargeable with USB and seems to hold a charge for a lot longer than I need it for. It more than does the job. It also has some flashing colored lights that I assume are for walking or biking at night. All the lights are very bright. I’ve bought a few different ones of these over the years and this is the best one so far.

I have mini flashlights but I keep putting them in my mouth so I have 2 hands free… And I chip teeth! This is my solution: hands free light and rechargeable so they don’t eat batteries. These lights are bright and work great! I didn’t think I’d use the red light option but at night the red works very good! It doesn’t kill your night vision and it doesn’t disturb those people who are sleeping. The price is inexpensive, especially considering you don’t have to buy batteries. They were as described and arrived on time. They have a USB to C slot like on my android phone to charge them up. They charged up in an hour or 2. BTW, using the red light burns about twice the battery juice as the white light. Highly recommend these lights!

These things are really bright, have great battery life, and are much cheaper than name brands from the hardware stores. I work up in drop ceilings all day pretty regularly and these things are clutch. I wish they would get rid of the motion detection though, its more annoying than useful.

So bright and perfect to use when taking my dog for walks at night. So much better than carrying a flashlight!

I’ve got several of these that I use mainly for camping and in construction work.

For camping, I love that I can set it to the red light function, and it will turn off (button held for a moment) and back on directly to red without cycling through the various white light modes that ruin your night vision.

The battery life is good, I can’t guess at a run time but they’re as good or better than a few others I’ve used. They’re plenty bright, the diffused LED will light up an immediate work area well, the spotlight will clearly illuminate a 25′ ceiling in a dark room. The less-bright settings are good for dim areas as well.

For durability and reliability, I’ve had two for a year and a half, and none have failed me despite a lot of heavy use and rough treatment. The bands are all holding up despite being routinely stretched over a hard hat.

The motion sensor mode is more a minor nuisance than a feature for me, as I only activate it on accident and it wastes a bit of battery.

Works great, fits comfortably. Sorry it took me so long to realize how helpful they could be, or I’d have bought them long ago.

My son uses these all the time, but I didn’t realize they could be helpful to , e as well. I know better now. Great when knitting or crocheting with dark colored yarns. They make it so much easier to see clearly what I am doing. Great for moving around at night, without having to turn on the overhead lights. Great when tightening the errant screw on my eyeglass frames. Great for a lot of practical, everyday things. If you’ve never tried using them before, consider it. You’ll be happily surprised. 👍

I use a headlight in an almost daily basis at work, I am a fleet vehicle repair technician. What I would consider my best headlamp is an Olight Array 2s that cost more than 4x what these did, so I’ll be comparing these to the Olight. Also worth noting these were provided to me for review from the company. First I’ll address how these are better than the Olight, then I’ll address where they fall short. The motion sensor is not good for the kind of work I do, I’m constantly moving my head near objects, resulting in inadvertent activation of the sensor. It’s an issue with these and the Olight. With these Curtsod headlights you don’t have to use the motion sensor at all, which is great for me. On my Olight the sensor cannot be disabled, so I have it covered with electrical tape which works fine, but I would rather not have to stick tape on something to make it work for me. Kudos to Curtsod for the forethought to make this function selectable. The next issue I’m going to talk about is comfort, I have worn these for an 8 hour shift, only taking it off for my lunch hour. These are just as comfortable as the Olight, until it’s time to lay on a creeper and work. The battery pack on the Olight is large and on the back of the headband. When it’s creeper time the Curtsod are a much better choice. The other thing I like best about these is how you can very quickly remove the light electronics from the headband for easy cleaning. My job is hot and nasty at times, it’s nice to be able to easily clean the headband. It could even be tossed in the washing machine for a good cleaning. Now I’m going to discuss a few weaknesses of these lights. For overall use the brightness is OK. I found the spot beam more useful than the flood, especially for tasks like recording the date codes from tires. I really wished I could have activated both modes at once. I can do that on the Olight, but it does eat the battery faster. I did some testing around the house at night and actually preferred the flood, and even on low brightness the light provided was adequate. Using the spot beam I was able to illuminate a fence over 100 feet away, and these would be great for walking at night. As for battery life both these and the Olight will make it to lunchtime as long as I keep the brightness away from the max. These have a 1500 mah battery vs. The Olight with a 2600 mah battery, in real world use battery life is pretty close to the same. The really good thing with the Curtsod is they come in a 2 pack, so when it’s time to charge you have another light to use. One other thing worth mentioning is the size, these are a bit bulky because the light and battery are all 1 housing. The weight is good because they use a small lipo battery, but I do find myself occasionally bumping the light into things. The Olight splits the battery to the back of the headband which keeps the light unit small but with the disadvantage I mentioned earlier that you can’t lay flat on your back with it on. The last thing I’ll discuss is the red light mode, which I don’t have regular use for. I did experiment with it and found the light to be adequate for things like viewing a map in the dark without losing night vision. In conclusion these are a great bang for the buck headlamp. You get 2 in a pack for half what I paid for my Olight, which makes them an incredible value in my opinion. Being rechargeable puts them way ahead of any headlamp that uses disposable batteries for sure. I currently have 1 at work, and the other to use around the house. I would not hesitate to buy these again.

Bought this for a night trail run. Worked great without issues. Stayed put and gave out plenty of light.
