My daughter used this when we went camping & absolutely loved it!! The roar setting was so cute, and made running through the woods fun. We turned the roar off at bedtime and she used it as a reading head lamp.

I bought a bunch of supplies to go camping, including this headlight for my son. We didn’t need it until a little over a month after receiving, and when we opened it, we discovered it didn’t work. The package or item was not damaged. It just won’t work. And I can’t return it because it’s passed the return window.

My son absolutely loves this head lamp. He wears it when he is up in his room before bed time. I’m glad it has the ability to function both with and without the “roar” as it’s quite loud. He even had a chance to wear it when we lost power one night

My son absolutely loves his new headlamp! And it’s rechargeable! He had one before that took batteries and it was horrible so I got him this one and we love it so much. He hasn’t taken it off all day 😅 it is made well and really good quality the head band is adjustable so it can fit any size head. I definitely recommend for you dinosaur loving kiddos!

I got this for my boyfriend since he loves dinosaurs. He got a kick out of it but yes, he uses it for work. He said it has a great light to it and is very comfortable even if meant for a kid. Doesn’t matter the age, they will all enjoy it.

This is a cute, an innovative toy. I am lucky enough to share life with my 3 year old grandson who adores dinosaurs and he will enjoy this. But though it is a simple toy, how to operate it is not intuitive.
There is a USB jack for recharging (patch cord is included) and a 3 position mode selection switch both on the underside of the dinosaur’s neck. Off is for charging. Middle causes the white flashlight inside the mouth plus the 2 red LEDs in the eyes to light up. And the end position for the switch adds growling sounds to the lights. But unless you read the directions you won’t know to gently press the lower jaw upward to actually turn it on in whichever function you selected with the switch. (At first I thought mine was defective when I mistook the mode selection switch for a “turn it on or off” switch.) Pressing the jaw twice quickly will make the lights and maybe the sound stay on until another press on the jaw turns them off. Pressing the jaw once will run the lights and maybe the sound for a few seconds and then shut off. If the headband becomes dirty it can be separated from the dinosaur’s head and machine washed.
Directions are well enough written to be understandable. One quibble, the directions refer to the RED charging LED which turns itself off when a full charge has been reached. That LED is BLUE.
The detail work on the face of the dinosaur is done very well and the colors are bright. My grandson will enjoy this. But my silly dog freaked out at the flashing lights and growling noises which made me laugh.
If you feel the need for a dinosaur toy this is a nice one to have. 5 stars for sure.
