I used to be somebody who swore by bid boards, and would never use anything else, but recently I started wearing skirts and sports bras to run in that I didn’t want the bib boards to leave the indents in. I ordered these on a whim, thinking that they might be a good alternative for when I’m not wearing a full shirt to run in. These have become a game changer! I love that I no longer have to put holes or leave in in any of my race clothes, and I no longer have to worry if the pins are going to open and stab me mid race! My only complaint is that they sometimes will ride up, and I have to continue to put them back where I wanted it. This, and the material they are made from unfortunately led to a little bit of chafing during my last race. I think they stayed in place better than they would solve the chafing issue

Good belt, adjustable and comfortable to wear. Has 2 small light reflectors up front, that make you a bit more visible for on coming cars ( if you run at night ) the gel holders are ok, even though on 2 races my gels fell out.
