A feature rich watch with loads of adjustability. The size of the 7x may be a bit large for some people, and I admit it took some getting used to. After wearing it for a month or so, I feel like it looks completely normal.
The battery life benefits of the larger size are great, with moderate trail running and treadmill training, I can get 3-4+ weeks in smartwatch mode.
The build quality is nice, and it definitely feels like a sturdy piece of gear. The titanium watch crown has a brushed look to it. I will say the titanium does scratch and scuff pretty easily, so if you want your watch to look immaculate at all times, I would choose a different material. The saphire glass has held up wonderfully, and has no noticeable scratches.
The touchscreen is a nice feature, but isn’t always perfectly responsive, it is definitely nice to swipe around instead of navigating with the sizlde buttons all the time, and it also really helps with map navigation.
All in all it is a nice watch for a premium price. It comes with a lot of cool tech, and gives me peace of mind knowing I have backup gps navigation when working in remote areas.

I bought this Garman watch coming from the Garman Instinct 2, which I liked very much. The battery life was incredible where I could go 28 days between recharges. My only complaint about that watch was it was difficult to see some of the information on the watch due to it being black and white.
With this watch, those issues were resolved, and it has so many more features. I wasn’t sure if I would like the touch screen but turns out it is very good and not overly sensitive, which was my original thought. I also like the built-in flashlight as it is a feature I use often when walking the dog at night. Originally, I thought the weight might be an issue, coming from the Instinct 2, not at all. This watch is very comfortable. It has so many sport tracking options that I have just scratched the surface of the watch’s capabilities. And, updates keep coming in the software updates from Garman.
Very good smartwatch and recommend it.

Everything I need and more. With a decent usage every week (4-5 training a week) with full functionnality, my battery last minimum 1 week. I don’t let it go below 10% and I charge it every week when I want to load more music. Satisfied with battery life. Garmin connect app is fine. Decent buy, a bit expensive though

There are more features than I can easily review here. I like that this watch has an extended battery life. I like the integration with my, seeing calls, texts, emails, and phone notifications on my watch. I like the sleep and exercise tracking features. I like the touchscreen ability.
Something that’s been helpful for me it to customize the options wheel that you get when holding the light button. Adding the widgets that I use has been very convenient. In addition, look at and customize the hot keys (start+down, start+up, etc). I have the stopwatch and timer, for example, set for easy access.
The flashlight is a neat feature; it’s nice having this light source with you at all times.
This watch is pricey, but it offers so much. I had a Samsung watch for a while, but the daily battery charge was annoying. 2 weeks plus with this watch (you can get more, but I leave some features turned on) is very nice. You can get chinese Garmin charges on Amazon fairly cheaply, so I have extras I leave in my travel bag, computer bag, car, etc, so I don’t have to worry if I get caught short on power.

I am the kind of guy who spend a lot of time researching and often times I still have buyers remorse about price or quality or features. Not with this watch. I love the size (I have a large wrist), the style, the features, battery life…. everything. I didnt expect it but this watch has made me healthier. I was worried about respirations at night and blood ox levels, it has made me less nervous about that. I can tell when I am getting sick or am dehydrated or if I drank alcohol by my HRV (heart Rate Variability). I have never been a runner but I love all the feedback it gives me on runs, I think it has made me a better runner. The golf app is amazing. I can see all the rounds I have done this year, my best and worst drives and approaches. I have always wanted a smart watch and I am glad I bought this one. Everyone I spoke to said to buy and apple because everything else is apple. I didnt want an extension of my phone I wanted something different; something with longer battery life and more features. Thats what I got. love it
