The lack of durability in a well known branded item was frustrating; SICKR of the poor performance, I gambled on this. Worked very well out of the box, albeit the packaging is excessive and wasteful. It would be nice if mfrs. realized that four-color printed boxes aren’t how consumers gauge quality.

Anyhow, the sensor: connects more rapidly and with greater stability of reading than the ‘other’ sensor. Paired instantly. I found the strap more than big enough, and I’m a male XL. Are people using their forearms, as directed?

This is a good sensor and represents outstanding value at the price.

Parfaite compatibilité avec le PM5 de RowErg, ce qui n’etait pas le cas avec ma ceinture Polar.

This arm strap is easy to put on and take off. It is much more convenient than a chest strap. It pairs quickly to my Suunto, and seems to be consistent in accuracy with other external heart rate monitors I have tried. I also like the fact that it is rechargeable, so no battery replacement is necessary. The item is comfortable and easy to adjust. At this price point, this is definitely a good buy.

This is excellent, much more comfortable than my Garmin chest strap HRM. Easy to use, good battery life and as accurate as my Apple Watch and hence perfect for cycle rides. Highly recommended

(posting this review after using it 3-4 times a week for 8 weeks)

This is a great HRM. I’m pretty big and have thick arms, but had no problem strapping it to my upper arm. The battery in it lasts a good while; I ride three or four hours a week and charge it every weekend. As far as I can tell I haven’t even come close to running it down. The magnetic charging cable is probably the weakest point; not because it doesn’t work or anything, but because I’m worried about losing the cable since there’s no backup regular USB port. The strap feels well made, is very comfortable and adjustable, and it even comes with a second strap (which I can’t comment on because I didn’t need to use it).

I’ve had absolutely zero problems with connectivity to either my Android phone or during Strava workouts. I don’t have a chest strap to compare it to, but I check the heart rate analysis after every ride and it seems to track my effort accurately—I’ve never noticed a period where the data drops out or varies wildly. So it may not be accurate down to the exact BPM, but it’s definitely good enough for seeing the big picture over a long ride.

As mentioned at the top I’ve been using this for 2 months now, 3 or 4 times a week for logging cycling workouts. It doesn’t move around while I’m on the bike. The strap gets a little sweaty, but since it’s fabric instead of a rubbery material it doesn’t really bother me. Since it doesn’t move around it doesn’t chafe or anything like that, it just feels a little bit gross and wet when you take it off. But what strap doesn’t?

This worked ok for two months.. and then it completely stopped responding. Nothing.

Got a replacement. The second one lasted slightly longer, but then it broke again. The company says it broke because I left it on the charger too long. If you are like me, and charge your equipment after a workout, and don’t give it another thought until you need it again, don’t buy this. It won’t last more than a couple months. If you have time to worry about the charge time on your workout gear… feel free to roll the dice. To me, this seems like a high burden on the customer, so I won’t be buying anything more from this company.

Update: After additional communication with the company, I eventually got a refund.

  8. Chelsea

This is great and easy to use. Syncs up to Peloton with no problem, and the charge lasts forever.

  9. rkymtnrider

We use this with our Echelon stationary bike and it works great. The beats/min. consistently match my Apple Watch. Super lightweight, comfortable, was easy to setup and works every time.

  10. Agustín Selfa

Mesure tres bien et facile a utiliser. Plus agreable que la ceinture thoracique.

  11. Gordon F

This HR monitor is much better than the previous one I purchased. Paired with my Peloton with zero effort. Battery state of charge displays on the Peloton, and has barely budged after a few hours of use. Instant on/off. Comes with two straps. Lightweight.

  12. Client d’Amazon

Funciona bien y encaja perfectamente en el brazo

  13. John Butler

Comparing to my chest strap device, as a standard, this armband seems very accurate. It is much more accurate than a watch that I tried. Starts quickly. Comfortable strap.
The Coospo mobile app is very limited, focused on biking. On the other hand the Polar Beat mobile app which is free on Android works very well with this device and provides good information.
