My other fitbit finally bit the dust after a few years. I wanted to get the exact same one because I have been so happy with this model. I am not very tech savvy and it’s very user friendly. I am so happy I got the same one. My only complaint is….wearing it is addictive. Lol I was going crazy without mine for a few weeks I felt like I was not being rewarded for “walking”. Lol Seriously though, if you are competitive this helps keeps you on track. I highly recommend it. The only negative is… I had to replace the band on my old one but that after wearing it for a couple of years. It was not expensive and I actually liked the new band I bought at target a little better. Also, if you are like me and don’t want to wear it on your wrist you can put it in your pocket. I don’t really like the idea of having it on my body all day so I mainly put it in my pocket and I don’t wear it to sleep so I can’t offer any honest opinion about that.

The Fitbit Charge 2 Is a great watch. Very durable and easy to use. The only downside, is that the Fitbit app will not allow me to install the latest firmware update to the watch. 100% would buy again!

I received my Fitbit about 2 weeks ago. I have been very pleased with it. It works well and has been a very helpful tool in getting healthier. I have actually lost 4 lbs which I am very excited about after gaining over 20 lbs the last couple years and not being able to lose any. My only disappointment was that when I went to put it on for the first time the wrist band came off and I found that the wrist band was broken. Fortunately, a friend had already given me a couple of replacement wrist bands.

My first Fitbit was a Charge 2 I bought at Best Buy on sale and I liked it and used it. That was when the app worked on a Windows pc, was easy to navigate and I did well, lost 15 pounds tracking my calories in and out. When it finally died I bought a Charge 4 again at Best Buy, did not like it as well and then the app became android only. Don’t like using a phone and the android app was much harder to navigate on a tablet. As a result I slowly quit using it and then the Charge 4 would not link to my tablet at all. Saw this Charge 2 and decided to take a chance and so far very happy with it. Linked right up to my tablet, the android app still sucks but I’ve gotten back to using it and tracking things again. If it holds up as well as my previous Charge 2 I will be happy.

I purchased this for my sister and you would think I bought gold. It functions well and it gives her the drive to live healthy and be able to track her progress

Thus Fitbit did not work properly. It gave me credit for thousands of steps when I was not wearing it. I suspect the product may have been used and returned by someone else and then resold to me. It did not come with any directions or any reference to a website. The package had no identifying “Fitbit” mark on it. I’ve used the same model of Fitbit before and did not have any problems with it.
