The plush internal fit and soft transitions keep runners surrounded by supreme softness. We recommend ordering Brooks running shoes 1/2 to one size larger than your dress shoe.

- SMOOTH TRANSITIONS: Redesigned midsole and outsole offer a widened platform for smoother and even easier transitions.

The brooke’s ghost 15 is a fantastic shoe, but an issue with that shoe is that it’s massive compared to natural running shoes, as the heal is built for maximum comfort. It’s great if you strike on your heals a lot, but can be a pain if your using the shoe outside of anything outside. It’s hard to fit it for my size on my rowing machine, and it gets caught on my walking pad a lot because the shoe is generally massive.
I bought this shoe specifically because the brooke was starting to wear off, and I stepped into a sticky substance that was making the shoe uncomfortable to use. In my opinion, this shoe provides the same amount of comfort, but because it is much smaller as a walking shoe, while still having a wide toe box, this is more functional for my specific foot size. I can fit this shoe much easier into my rowing machine strapes, which is a huge one for me, and I can use this shoe comfortably on my walking pad without hitting the sides while I work, with the same amount of support the ghosts gave me and more importantly the air flow that I’ve learned to appreciate the brooke’s line up for, as many other shoes tend to care more about retaining heat as opposed to making a breathable shoe.
Since these ones are cheaper, I’d recommend these if you’re looking at the comparison to those 2 shoes if it’s on sale.

I have had the Ghost line before, but these have been a much better fit for me. They are like running on clouds and are very comfortable.

The construction and so far the durability of the Glycerin 20 is solid, and the cushioning effect makes for non-sore feet even after extensive walking and standing. The only drawback is that the mesh fabric is drafty for cold-weather usage.

I like the look of these shoes and they’re very comfortable. Worth the $ so far. Don’t know how durable they are because I’ve only had them about a month now but so far so good. Worn daily with no signs of wear yet.

We walk 3-6 miles a day and I was replacing my footwear every 4-6 weeks, but my Brooks can take the beating like NO other shoes! AND they’re very comfortable and hug my foot better than anything else! Thanks Brooks! 👍

Se ajustan perfecto al tamaño indicado, son muy ligeros y el soporte se siente fenomenal.

I’m on my fourth pair of these. I run about 25 miles per week and I change them every 350 miles. Comfortable, nice colors and they fit well.

The wide width is truly wide, somewhere between a 2E and 4E. The length is true to size. The sole is thick, supportive and has plenty of cushion. The colorway is really nice and retroreflective accents enhance nighttime safety. The fabric looks to be double-layered and perforated for durability and endurance.

These are very good, relatively comfortable shoes. However Brooks wide shoe design forgot that toes are also part of the ‘wide’. The design tapers in as if somehow toes don’t matter. Also while other brands are experimenting with non-slip shoelaces with some success, Brooks picked slippery materials that need care to keep them from slipping undone. Everything has to go together, imho, and Brooks just didn’t carry it through to the final product. Sorry because they are well made and they could have been great.
