I liked the design, the app and wanted this to work for me, but the heart rate was all over the place during my cardio. The sleep feature did not work at all, tried to do the things was told to do, this could be a winner if more development was put into it. Do not waste your time with this one!

I was looking for a digital watch that would also keep track of my steps. Many features and a very good smartphone app to go with them. Works great. Battery last very long and very durable, very accurate, with my blood pressure and my sleep tracking..very comfortable and satisfied!

I’m a firm believer in “you get what you pay for” and this item is no exception. This fitness tracker is EXTREMELY inaccurate. The steps are not even close to what I’m walking and neither is the distance or the GPS map of where I walked. I read the reviews and still decided to try it out but the unfortunate fact is that it’s just far too inaccurate to be useful.

I love the way this watch looks and feels on my wrist. It is light ,easy to wear, and not too big on my wrist, but still very easy to read and access the functions. it gives you an opportunity to connect to your Phone for storing data in fitness and health as well as getting headlines and other messages.
I believe that the heart rate, blood pressure, and skin temperature Functions are pretty accurate. I’m not sure about the blood sugar. It doesn’t seem to match what I know mine to be, and as with all smart watches it only can be measured indirectly as they are not taking A blood sample.
Overall, I think this is an excellent product and would highly recommend it. For the price you can’t go wrong

Our family is keen on staying active and connected, and the latest addition to our fitness gear has been a hit! Not only do my wife and I enjoy the comprehensive features of our smartwatches, but we’ve also found the perfect companion for our daughter. This fitness band we chose for her is incredibly user-friendly and lightweight, making it an ideal choice for her active lifestyle. It’s been a seamless way for her to join in on the family’s health journey, and she’s loving the independence it offers. This fitness band has become an essential part of her daily routine. It’s durable, stylish, and most importantly, it keeps her motivated. We couldn’t be happier with this purchase!

Loving this. Love how it records just about everything, BP, steps, heart rate, it reminds you to drink water throughout the day. Comfortable and easy to set up. Cute and comfortable to wear

I have a small wrist and have always liked smaller watches. This tracker extends further outside my arm than I care for. Otherwise great tracker for the price. This is the main reason I will likely be returning it.
If you use it to monitor your blood pressure, be sure to know your true BP and what the tracker shows…so you’ll have an idea how far off it is.
As for the app, it will only allow me to track my weight in whole numbers. As a WW member (Weight Watchers) with only a few pounds left to lose, every partial pound counts!
I would also like to see the history of the blood glucose readings. (I don’t know how accurate this reading is.)
It doesn’t pair with the WW app for activity tracking, but does pair with the Apple Health app on my phone, which I was then able to pair with my WW app.
The battery charge lasted about 4 days.

I bought this inexpensive fitness tracker to see if I would like wearing one. I’ve really enjoyed being able to get a ballpark of my steps, blood pressure, O2 sat, and heart rate. The sleep analysis is interesting.
PROS: This fitness tracker is very inexpensive. For the price, I figured I could just pass it along to someone else if I didn’t like it. It does an adequate job of keeping track of steps though it does inflate them a bit compared to what my phone says. The other measurements (BP, O2, heart rate) are in line with my usual readings though I haven’t taken the measurements at the same time to compare. It’s lightweight and the band is comfortable. I have a tiny wrist, and I wear it on the tightest notch. The app has quite a few options. “Do not disturb” allows you to turn off the notifications during certain periods. Various reminders (drink water, sedentary) and an alarm can make life easier.
CONS: The screen was scratched within a day. It’s still readable though. I set it to avoid lighting up when I lift my arm, but the bed sheets still activate it, and this can be blinding at night. The app is easy to use, but it takes a good minute or more to sync with the watch, and that’s the only way you can see your stats for the day. The sleep tracker has been finicky. The first few nights it showed me sleeping for five hours after going to bed at 2AM — very inaccurate. Since then it is at least showing most of my sleep times accurately; however, it shows me getting way more deep sleep than I think I get. I would like to know how it does its calculations. From time to time, it needs a firmware update, and it loses all data for the day when it does this. It’s necessary to let it update and then sync again so that the time will be accurate and tracking will begin.
CONCLUSION: Despite the cons mentioned, I’m enjoying this product. I do wish the sleep tracking worked better and that it didn’t scratch so easily. For $32 it’s hard to miss though.
