I was especially impressed by the brightness of the light. One truly must be careful not to look directly into the light. And the lamp adjusts, up or down, to direct the light on to the project I’m working on. I have used my headlamp a couple times for 15-30 minutes each, with no diminution in the light; but I still charged it with a regular USB Charger just to make sure I always have a full charge.

For the price, this is the best value. Very well built. Charges quickly via usb-c. Comfortable. Lightweight. Lasts long enough for most people. I’m a professional contractor, however, and only lasts half day using low light level. But it comes as a 2 pack, so problem solved. As the first one dies, the other one is always 100% charged. Between the two lights, they last all day on the job. It will not charge with a usb-c by usb-c cord however. Only charges via usb-c by USB with an old school block, not an adaptive fast charging block or a pd block etc… just a simple 1.0 amp and it charges great.

Purchased to complete a garden build that went long into fall when daylight failed. After the project was complete, I continued to find uses for this item, including wearing it to the barn nightly to feed livestock at night. Part of the barn process includes prepping meds and the extra light provided by the headlamp is a godsend. Indoors, the headlamp is great for peering into the deep, dark recesses under the kitchen sink. Or when the power goes out. Works as a reading light too. I like the spare to have two charged and ready
to go at all times. The band is comfortable. The headlamp is great for taking my dogs outside after dark. I love the hands-free light!
The headlamp includes a motion-activated feature. I can wave my hand near the light to turn it on or off. This comes in handy when I don’t want to blind someone or my horse with its strong bright beam of light. It does sometimes self-adjust if I get close to something like a barn beam or the inside of a deep feed bin or the wall. A wave of the hand turns it off or on as needed. I knocked off a star because I found it a little hard to control this option, but it’s a minor issue and might be my own lack of understanding the feature. I always use the brightest light option, one of many including blinking red lights.
I also like the adjustment that allows me to focus the light downwards towards my feet. This is a manual adjustment that is easy. Snap it back when done.
My husband is tired of my comments on the headlamps. 😁. For a senior citizen like me, these headlamps provide the light source or extra light to make jobs easier. I highly recommend this set of headlamps.

I like that you can adjust the light intensity as you need , that you can tilt the direction of the light and it is rechargeable. No batteries that leak.
I use it when I am shading the regular light source and for inspection of work pieces. Easy to use.

I’ve tried half a dozen different headlamps, and these are the best.
Pros:
– Motion detection, can turn on with the wave of a hand.
– Bright light, even on low motion detector mode.
– Fast charging.
– Long-press off, no need to cycle through all the modes.
– Lightweight.
– Light is removable from headband. Can be magnetically attached . Also has a little “kickstand” which steadies it on a flat surface, or allows it to be hung from a hook.
– Charge lasts me most of the day on low motion detector mode.
– Works far better than a “knitter’s” lamp that hangs around the neck.
– Holds charge when stored/not in use.
Cons:
– Forehead gets damp underneath the lamp after wearing for a while. Can pull hair at hairline.
– adjustment slider on the band hits me right over the arm of my glasses above my ear and can irritate my ear.
I use these lamps for a myriad of purposes; knitting, reading, filing nails, pulling splinters, stray hair plucking, power outages, threading needles, illuminating small print, slotting screwdriver heads, retrieving pet toys from under the sofa, walking outside at night (taking out trash, walking to my car, etc., no street lights here.)
You can’t go wrong with these little headlamps.

These are pretty good headlamps. Plenty bright, and if they’re too bright, you can dim them. If I had to pick something to nit-pick I’d say they don’t stay alive for as long as I’d like them to. I work 9-10 hour days and some times need them the whole time I’m working. I usually have to switch to the 2nd one a few hours into my shift. Which is really good it comes with 2. I can charge one while using the other.

Super super bright. We live in the woods in New Hampshire and when we walk our dogs after sunset, it is impossible to see in front of your face if you don’t have a headlight on. These will light up our entire road so not only I can see where we are going but all my dogs can see as well. I would say almost as bright as a car headlight, just smaller.

I own a lot of headlamps and this one although it is a very good compact design is NOT 2000 LUMEN. That is the only issue I have with this headlamp so far. It works well and the buttons are well position for ease of use. It is bright enough for sure but no way 2000 Lumen. Can’t go wrong for the price but I not what I expected so I had to give it a low rating. I don’t like when the seller promotes their product by telling a tall tale.
