Just what I was looking for in a first-time hydration backpack. I bought the 3ltr bladder which works well for a quick day hike. Easy to assemble, bladder hose connects properly and no leaks. I wish the water stayed cool throughout the day, but even though I freeze water in the bladder the night before, and despite the aluminum type lining, I end up with warm water just a few miles in. Other than that I feel I got my money’s worth for a first timer.

This is like the ultimate backpack because of all the pockets and compartments to put items in and the larger beverage container, 3 liters instead of 2 liters. It also comes in some really nice colors. It’s also very light weight and is a stay cool fabric.

I love this pack I bought one for myself and hubby and both love it! I will be replacing 4 others with this one! Comfortable to wear. Love that it’s insulated! My only complaint is that my side pockets can’t fit my phone.

Love, love this backpack! I have used it for day hikes where I filled the water bladder and was more than enough for the hike. I have also used it as a day backpack where I did not use the bladder and it held all my items. I love that there are two separate compartments and the first compartment can hold your money/small items. The larger compartment is for the bladder or for other items if you don’t use the bladder. My friends saw it on our recent trip and were impressed with it’s versatility.
I would definitely buy again or as a gift for someone who needs a day backpack.

I was worried that this backpack would be too large. It’s a great for a young adult or a Lady mountain biking or day hiking.

The backpack is ok for the price. But check the bladder for leaks well before you need to use it. Our first time using it was at Arches National Park on a really hot day. That was not a great place to not have water!
