Works and looks great with the Fenix. Easy to adjust the size

While sizing the band for my wrist, I noticed the poor quality components. The paint scratched off very quickly and the internal components have started to rust.
The worst flaw is that the latches fail. My watch has fallen off multiple times with very little force. Bang your watch on a doorway? Latch fails. Your kid grabs your wrist? Latch fails. Hit it just right on the steering wheel? You know where this is going.
The affordability of the band isn’t worth the whole watch. You get what you pay for.

I bought this watchband as a replacement for the original. The original caused a rash on either arm which worsened with use. Additionally, the original was difficult for me to put on, and ungainly to secure.
This band has fit my needs quite well. It is light weight, secure, and easily put on and off. I must admit to getting a watch shop to install and size it for me, so I cannot comment on that part. The fit, however, is quite good and very comfortable. Quick, easy on and off. Thanks.

Seems to be magnetic

Edit of June 2019: beware if some sellers propose you this band for less than 50 dollars (20 dollars for example): it is not titanium.
The band comes with no box and tools to adjust. It has been report twice to Amazon…
It is the titanium band with quick release and little “pumps” (spring bars which are the same as Casio’s easy fit bracelet found on the full metal Squares) for easy fitting.
BTW It has taken 48 hours to fly from Florida to Paris by DHL on Amazon.
Very fast! With the shipping it cost me 64 euros.
I used to have the same titanium band before (not with the easy fit but with Garmin quick release system and butterfly clasp ) for my previous Fenix 5X Plus and that was a great 26mm band I was noever able to scratch. So it took me time to find it the same in 22mm. Nothing in Europe… But I have found this one.
It is very light and very confortable. (Stainless steel band can jam the compass…)
And it get dry very fast! Which is a must for my uses.
It also gives a certain classy look to the Military Instinct!
The bracelet is matte and black which is very stealthy. Let see how it resist now but my previous experience with a 26mm tells it will be OK.
It is all titanium (Another reviewer on this Amazon thread has tested it and he is positive.) but the butterfly clasp in stainless steel and little spring bars too.
The Instinct equipped is now 88 grams. (from 52 with its original rubber band)
Highly recommended. Look at all my pictures in watchuseek forums.
One 13th of June 2019: no scratch on the band, it looks almost like new.

This band looks great right out of the box, is quite light weight, and seems well made. Removing links is a bit of a finicky process but the band is quite comfortable once adjusted and the clasp works well. I only gave it 3 stars however, because it’s actually painted, not finished with something more durable. The paint seems reasonably scratch resistant but I have a feeling that over time it’s not going to wear very well.

Muy buen diseño, me gustó, solo que no tengo la certeza que sea de titanio, pero por el momento se de buen material

Product is amazing for the price. Fits on my Garmin Instinct beautifully. Was sceptical, but seems very durable and comfortable. Not much more weight than that original band either.

I bought this for my Garmin instinct Solar tactical watch. My skin doesn’t like silicone bands so i bought it as a replacement. My first impressions are pretty good.
The band seems to compliment the watch well.
It’s a lightweight band that was easy to adjust with the included hardware. It does appear to be titanium based on the weight and the fact that it doesn’t seem to be throwing off my watch compass.
I knocked off a star because I’m not quite sure about the durability of the paint. It held up well to me adjusting the band with the pin tool. No scratches there, but you can see bare metal between the links when you take them apart.
It’s invisible when the band is together, so it’s not a big aesthetic issue, but it does suggest that the metal is indeed painted and not coated. We’ll see how well it holds up.
I do plan on swapping out the band for a nylon one for serious outdoor work, like extended backpacking trips or search and rescue. I only intend on using this band for daily wear at the office, or for short hikes and steady runs or rucks. I don’t want to trust risking my $450 watch on a $50 amazon band while out in the backcountry.
I also wouldn’t want to wear the metal band for HIIT, sprints or other intense workouts, but that’s okay. The heart rate monitors on all smartwatches are pretty much crap once you get moving fast. So for intense workouts I’ll be going to a chest strap anyway.
For $250 cheaper than the Garmin brand titanium band, I’m not complaining. I could replace this every year for the next 4-5 years I will own the watch and still come out ahead.

I really like this band. It’s a nice enhancement to the Garmin watch. It comfortable to water and easy to put on and take off. The only problem I had was reassembling the band after removing the links. It’s difficult but more so without instructions. A one page instruction sheet with diagrams would completely solve this. The band was well packaged and had a pin like tool for assembly and extra pins incase you damage or loose the ones your removing.

I was apprehensive at this price point for a titanium watch band. Is this titanium it is certainly light enough to be so I am going to go with a yes. This is a great light watch band that I have beat up on pretty good and it still looks good and functions as a watch band should. I read some reviews talking about hardware corrosion on the band and have yet to experience it myself but am keeping an eye out for it and will update this review if it happens. I recommend this to anyone that needs a light and durable watch band for their garmin watch.
Edit: I have had this watch band for about a year. It is still as great as the day I first got it. The finish has worn a bit more but that is only really apparent from a few feet away. Overall great and durable.

To start, the product listing is misleading. Not only did this band not have quick release clasps to connect to the Garmin watch face (despite promises of such in the listing), it also doesn’t come with the pin to remove pieces so it can’t be size-adjusted without sourcing your own pin tool.
Then there’s the issues with receiving a faulty product: the clasp wouldn’t stay shut (so it was impossible to wear/use it!), and if that wasn’t bad enough, one of the tubes to connect the band to the watch had metal junk inside, so I couldn’t even get a pin through to connect it to the watch face (which was after I already went to the trouble of searching my house for the tiny screwdrivers needed to change non-quick release bands)! So frustrating and a waste of time and money. Now I have to go out of my way to return the faulty and misleading product, which adds insult to injury!
I recommend steering clear of this one! Heed the warnings of the other reviewers and purchase a different version!
