I’m a ladies XS, 00 or 24 pants size and this didn’t fit around my waist when tightened all the way. Also, the fabric that makes up the belt part is stretchy material but mine snagged easily (it actually came snagged already). The size is decent and unobtrusive, however, and it’s very minimalistic in design which is what I wanted. However, I think there are better slim running belts on the market.

The photo shows it is 9.5 inches wide…and it is…but the zipper opening is only 7 inches which makes it
too hard to get my 6.75 inch cell phone in and out easily.
